Upcoming agvet chemical collection scheduled for Western Australia

Published: 16-07-2018

ChemClear is on its way to Western Australia so busy chemical users can drop off their registered chemicals for collection.

ChemClear is a non-profit collection service for users of agricultural and veterinary chemicals, offering an environmentally sound solution to disposing of unwanted or obsolete farm chemicals.

A collection has been scheduled for Western Australia, commencing in October 2018 and chemical users have until 31 August to register their unwanted chemicals.

Below are community engagement materials prepared especially for West Australian councils to display in public areas, waste collection and recycling stations, libraries and customer service areas.

We encourage you to print out the A4 flyer for display or share the web-friendly advertisement in your council newsletters, websites and on social media.

ChemClear’s social media handles are:

  • @drum_MUSTER (Twitter)
  • @drumchem16 (Facebook)
  • @agsafeaustralia (Instagram)

Bookings are essential with ChemClear and can be made by contacting 1800 008 182 or by using the online registration portal.

The retrieval vehicle contracted by ChemClear will be collecting from an allocated site in each shire council in which a registration has been received.
